thanks for this, i usually dont comment on videos but your channel has been very straightforward and not salesly like the other youtubers, its been my dream to move to dubai for years, and my plan is to move there and get my first apartment in a year or 2, thanks so much for all the value and tips!
Hey Nicola - glad it’s helped. The broker fees and security deposit need to be paid upfront. So a best case would be 5% broker fee, 5% security deposit and monthly cheques (12) for cash flow .
Great question. We looked into this and for most people it would make sense. Happy to a vid on the costings we explored it helpful. One key consideration is you’re going to be without your furniture while it’s being shipped. We decided to fully furnish as a family member (my mum) is moving into our UK home, as all the furniture was a good fit we’re leaving it - Adam 😊
Especially crockery.I Always take mine but I saw packages online where an agency can furnish and decorate your Apartment instead of using Ikea. They cost 25k Dirhams up if you want the Basic set up but it is decent.❤

So happy we could help ☺️ if you have any questions… please ask 👍🏼
Thanks for this, really helpful! Do you need to pay the broker fees & security fees up front too are can you add it to be slip across the cheques?

So many extras to add on the upfront rent & school fees! We are hopefully doing to same in August 🤞🙏
Did you not want to ship over your furniture etc from UK? Is it cheaper to buy in Dubai?
