Watch the boy's reaction to her, complete acceptance and loving - he had reached out to her before that. But the fact that they have a scenario where she would leave her supposedly child with a sick stranger in a hospital to go to the field is incomprehensible. But that's the whole premise of this channel - incomprehensibility. And now the older boy is also sounding sick, a congested cough. When will there be enough sick children to stop this abuse by these people?

Patients don't empty their own trash into outside collection bin and patients or visitors can't get a broom and sweep their own floors. Our hospitals also don't allow patients to come and go at will. This looks exactly like the facility where another mother was with her sick child. I'm surprised people don't get sicker in these clinics, they're not even real hospitals.

To many people outside the big city center live this way it free and cheap the government provides land to anyone. it's the peoples land . It's the government way of saying feed yourselves sell some or starve because there's no jobs. They will continue to live this way for years to come. They have no loans in this country it's a cash society most don't leave there villages radius because of road blocks by government the need permit to travel . But this isn't a reason to live this way or lie for money. The divorce rate is low so is crime but the only crime here is here bad acting and the abuse of the children for money guess some people will do anything sadly .
