U absolute legend i didnt know the delta app showed your connecting flight although does that work for international?? as im flying from london, layover in atlanta then off to BHM
If your flights are booked under one reservation with the same airline they should automatically be transferred. Just to be sure and ease your mind, when you drop off the bags just ask the agent if your bags will be “checked through” to your final destination.

Yes. It should display it for international flights also. I hope you have a great trip!

Why are people running
I don’t know in this particular case but most likely they were running behind and were trying to get to their plane before it took off.
Usually they run if they got very short layover 35 minutes
