My first "track car" that I learned on was a 06 DINAN stage 2 Mini Cooper S and it was a riot to drive, despite having only around 200 hp. The earlier Minis like the R53 are the ones to track imo as they're small, light and handle well. The modern Minis have grown in size quite a bit these days, I'm unsure how good they are drive on track, maybe they're still fun. I'll always have found memories of that car.
Nice. Serious build. Looked like a lot of fun. And yes, like Misha himself pointed out, no overheat, which as we've seen can't be taken for granted (even on some stock cars) - so good job on that too. Thanks to the owner for letting Misha drive and us watch.

I did a lap last night and I just wanna say that GT3’s are absolute weapons. You cannot grasp how fast they corner until you get passed doing 140kmh and you still feel like your standing at a bus stop. Popped my head into Apex for a look earlier. Great set up.

That car is all about a good time. From what I saw and heard, I don't think it needs a smaller turbo. If anything, maybe a slight bump in low end torque, but that can be compensated for with greater familiarity of the trans as well. I love the drive!

But I'm going to make it happen! Misha, I owe you a thank you. You made me conquer my fear of the Nurburgring on GT Sport. Always hated the track, but after watching your onwards thought "I think I can just about remember my way round" got on and achieved Gold!! Keep up the work. What a machine. And pretty good driving too. I've driven a few Mini's and none of them sounded like that! And the transmission being finicky just makes sense. Great driving. Great car.
As much as we all love the foot camera, it is best to fasten it properly. More than one instance I have seen the camera falling off, please ensure it's safe and doesn't fall anywhere between the controls. Good ride Misha! 🤩

Love this car, like a go cart, this type of car sorts out the men from the boys, where YOU have to drive the car, and not the car driving you. Not full of electrically assisted everything. Driving this is like doing a work out I’d imagine..
When the only thing on track passing you is GT3's you know your car is a weapon. 😂

That mini looks a right handful to drive, very tight gears which does take a lot of getting used to but you still smashed that lap 🤙🏻
