Another tip- for background, you want colors that’s opposite of skin color, so called complimentary colors, which are blue/navy, purple and green(see color wheel chart). Pictures look more pleasing to the eye, because those colors tend to look brighter, when put together.
Green trees/bushes, with blue skies, blurred in the background… especially during “golden hour”.
