In this repair, we had an 820-00165 board, with a previous repair attempt, the board starts but brain dead. With the board out of the shell we found that U1950 was not looking good. The signals generated from it include PM_PCH_PWROK, and PM_PCH_SYS_PWROK when missing, the fan will
Spin but no POSTING will take place, we then replaced U1950 with U4810, the same chip, we only had to change the orientation.
