This may be that the internal battery is out. Please plug the timer into a live socket first. While leaving it plugged in, press the “R” button to reset the timer to factory mode; keep charging the timer for about 24 hours and then try again. If the timer still malfunctions, please contact the retailer for a replacement.
What it it keeps turning off its still new not even a month old i had it turn on at 00:01 and then off at 18:00 but i recently changed it to 01:00 19:00
