Since the dawn of Trance, Steve Helstrip aka The Thrillseekers has been there to capture his emotions in music. For more than ten years, clubbers, trance fans and even industry professionals have eagerly awaited his magnum opus, his very first artist album. Now signed to Aly & Fila’s infamous Future Sound of Egypt, ‘Amber' is the first single to be taken from his much anticipated album debut, ‘Escape’ which will be released in late 2016. A tribute to the Trance sound of old, but with the precision of today, FSOE and The Thrillseekers’ alter ego Hydra, present ‘Amber’.

Heard this track for the first time in NYC in November last year. We only got a preview back then but I knew it would be something special. The 8 month wait was worth it!
4:12 what a beautiful sound
Hands down, track of the year. I had very little faith that we would hear 1998 trance produced again but The Thrillseekers has captured that essence in this track. The plucks, the balearic mood, every layer adding something different to the track and not just filler noise. And of course, that melody! Absolutely brilliant piece of music from start to finish.

Probably the most unique trance song I've heard since "Helia". This is truly a blast from the past. It's like something that was made in the late 90s or early 2000s.

Amber was the name of his dog that past away at the age of 15. This is a tribute to his lovely dog. Beautifull track i feel the emotions, my dog also died at the age of 15 and she also was my best friend.
I came here after our dog, who was 16, died yesterday. I only just realized how hard it is to lose a loving companion

this track feels so timeless!!! it would fit perfectly in old ASOT episodes of 100-300, perfect layering and usage of sounds without fatiguing the listener, not the mention the simple but memorable melody! the dark n groovy bassline is immense too, a big breath of fresh air from the thumping 140 basslines of today

As beautiful as this song sounds the reason behind the production of the track is even more beautiful yet emotional at the same time. This track was created to pay a tribute his pet dog named amber.
This is going to sound so strange. Music is such an individual experience and everyone's perception is different. To me this song reminds me of every high and low and beautiful moment tucked into the darkness of watching my child battle and ultimately lose to pediatric cancer. Thrillseekers you showed all these EDM losers how to do trance in 2016. This is sensational. Skylex remix is another godsend. Only very few tunes this year come close to this masterpiece.

One of the best producers of true trance
Just over a month ago i saw steve perform his 15 years of trance set at luminosity beach festival and it was amazing
@Darren - Have to disagree just slightly. Steve is the best ;-) Said this before on a few comments, but try and find someone with as many consistently quality released productions or remixes over the last 20 years. This guy has fixated his life and soul to this style of music without wavering. Organic trance at it's best.
