    How long should I cure in a LED/CCFL lamp? My lamp takes 20 secs for colour and top and base. 30 seconds for really dark colours. I can't work out how long I should be cutting transfer gel in such a powerful lamp

    Do we have to use cure lights for this work? Most of us don't have that

    When you use the foil glue do you let dry or cure it?

    • @Laurart
      @Laurart  5 лет назад +1

      Try adding a base coat after the color and cure it for 60 seconds, then add the nail foil glue. It need some type of bonder to adhere better!

      to answer your question, yes you can. you can apply it to the nail polish. in this case she did it on the first method. However, based on personal experience, if you are using non gel polish, you will need a little bit of patience and the polish does get a little tacky but it also depends on the amount of polish. I do prefer the foil glue, hope this helps a little.

    • @Laurart
      @Laurart  4 года назад +1

      Yes. I made a video using UV cured foil glue and it works way better :)

      @@Laurart I got the Rosalind transfer gel and it doesn't seem to work at all I cured it for 2 mins and the foil won't transfer to the nail

      It should have stick to the tacky layer, are placing the foil the "ugly" side down? Also some foils are easier to transfer than others.

    Can you use it on polygel nails & do you still have to use foil glue or no foil glue?

    • @Laurart
      @Laurart  3 года назад

      You can use it on polygel nails, you'll still need to use a glue or some sort of sticky base like cured base coat
