I love that each president has killed the main antagonist of each game. Joe killed Huggy Wuggy in Chapter 1, Barack killed Mommy Long Legs in Chapter 2, and Donald killed Catnap in Chapter 3.

I think Ollie is the prototype. Hear me out. In Chapter 2, there is a tape with a talk with the Prototype AKA 1006, and in said tape, he mimics voices. So he must have heard children so he can mimic "Ollie's" voice. And there is no way in hell that Ollie is a kid who survived the hour of joy, and even if he did, he could not be able to survive afterwards with muppets on fentonal all around.
