I get that too, it’s probably just the other vocals keep your voice in tune, in stead of having to do it yourself. I find this happens when playing instruments

Nobody’s voice sucks, it just needs practice. Personally, this song helped me train my voice. I used to go into falsetto all the time singing this, but now I can sing it with no falsetto and no straining. Keep at it and you will improve.

I'm a mezzo soprano, so alto and soprano songs are fairly easy. I can go from this to DGW reprise (defying gravity in chest voice is my highest, DGW Reprise is my highest in head voice). But the only part in this I struggle with is the first, "at a party." It's a bit hard ah

I FEEL YOUR PAIN. Weird thing is for me the bridge gets harder and harder then when I get to "splash" it's noticeably easier despite being the top note and far out of my properly usable range. Then it turns to shit again when I have to do more than one note and vowel hahaa
