I like the way that your pantry turned out. It should be easy to find what you need. Have you thought of getting another metal can organizer and putting your empty glass jars in it? It may give you more space on the top shelf.
Your new house is beautiful Great job organizing your pantry. Getting things cleaned and organized is so satisfying. I’ve got to get busy on my kitchen. Thanks for the motivation 💙Cheryl
New subscriber here. I love your pantry. I see you have a Beautiful by Drew Berrymore appliance. I have almost all of her kitchen appliances in sage green. They look so sleek and pretty. We plan to build a house this year and I cant wait to have a beautiful pantry like yours.
Welcome! I'm soo glad you're here. I was very excited for my new Coffee Maker, I would love to have more of their appliances. That sounds super exciting to build a new house!
I don't really have a recipe for that unfortunately. I remove the seeds, wash the peppers 🌶 Really good, and then bring them to a boil let them boil for a minute or so, I remove the peppers and blend them with a smapll piece of onion and garlic and a little bit of salt in each blender full. And add just enough fresh water to blend it or till I have the desired thickness. Sieve it, to remove all extra speeds and peel. bring to a boil once again and it's ready to put into jars 🫙 you can water bath the jars yet if you'd like or just put it in jars when it's boiling. Whatever you feel more comfortable with. Hope that helps and makes sense 😊
This is the recipe I used this last year. 14 cups of tomato Juice (I used my homemade tomato juice) 2 cups roughly cut up onions 1 chlica pepper (Anaheim pepper) ½ tsp oregano 8 tbsp oil 6 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp salt 1½ tsp chili powder 6 tbsp cornstarch 1 bay leaf 2 tsp Parsley Note: blend the onions before or you can blend the sauce if you want. All of this simmering for one hour and it's ready to put into jars. You can water bath your jars yet if you feel more comfortable. with that.
