Tool has long been my favorite band. Their music has gotten me through many of the toughest times of my life by compelling and encrouaging me to continue. Lately though, the fiery intensity that would get me through the day has been replaced by a cold and quiet stillness. Its been hard to listen to the og tracks as much as I love them. Turning 41 alone. No kids no life, only work only myself but the strain is minimal on what the damage could've been...but I'd love to open up my heart to what could've been.... You're not alone brother. My love has died years ago. I dream of her nightly and tool is a tool to helps me through it...I say at least I can still see and visit but it's a haunt that drives me mad....I hope your peace is more easily obtained...mine is unobtainable and I'm ok with it....but just know you're not alone😊
