  • Woomargama National Park is a gem located in the Greater Hume Shire, near Holbrook. This park is a popular destination for camping and hiking, with the Hume and Hovell Track running 40 km from one end of the park to the other. This section of the track makes for a fantastic two-day/one-night hike, with the option to camp at the beginning and end of the journey. And that's exactly what we did, starting from Lankeys Creek Campsite, passing through Tin Mines campground and finishing at Samuel Bollard campground with a final visit to Yambla View 'Wambariga' Lookout.
This video is part of the Out for Adventure a micro-adventure series brought to you in collaboration with City of Wagga Wagga, the adventure specialist at Tom’s Outdoors and the following regional shires - Greater Hume Council, Cootamundra Gundagai Regional Council, Snowy Valleys Council, Coolamon Shire Council and Lockhart Shire Council.
