You know the state and federal law has so many laws against molesting. They've got just about every type of plant and animal and to understand what molesting is, you must understand the meaning of the word in the spirit of the law. Molested is untouched, unchanged so that it can go through its natural process in life. It's time to hold everybody's feet to the fire.

They seem to have a finely modeled structure in La Crosse which other police departments that are in need of restructuring, squaring up of disorderly edges & mixed up procedures should look to as a model to emulate. I wouldn’t mind becoming LEO, I don’t need a thank you or a ‘Hero’ title to still pursue a want & need to help ppl, keep others safe, & serve the ppl no matter what they think of police officers. I can't help but kinda feel bad for the guy. Once you're that far gone in the criminal system, it's really hard to bounce back, Nobody will hire you, Nothing is readily available at a moments notice to help you get back on your feet. I know tons of people who are felons for things that really aren't even that bad, and they're not bad people, but nomatter what they do, Society shuns them. If they genuinely wanna get back into the world and live right, maybe even get right with god, Then why don't we help more immediately, what are they supposed to do while things are being "Processed" sleep in a tent, Well that's what this guy did. I'm not saying he IS a good person Idk all the things he's done, But he didn't fight them or anything, he didn't get inherently violent, just aggravated that he was about to be arrested. i doubt anyone is gonna hire him after seeing this, So what is he supposed to do? there's not a lot of options, And this goes for ANYONE and has no skin color tied to it before any of you racists say anything stupid. Also a lot of this comes down to just not even knowing your options, as they're very much not blatantly told to you or made readily available, You have to ask, but what questions are you supposed to ask when you think nothing is designed to help you...

99% of the time I go heavy on criminals and could care less about their lives. In fact those that commit child abuse in any form, Attack on seniors or handicapped, rape. attempted murder armed robbery they can all o to hell quickly. In this case I think you are spot on. Something is wrong with him mentally. That has to be addressed. He's young so he probably has family but he is out on the street. That has to be looked at. Maybe instead of sending so much money to other countries we use it on Americans. He has to be looked at as an individual and that requires a case worker to look him over. After the arrest he seemed very coherent so something is not functioning 100% with him.

Clearly you've undergone no real hardship if you think "the pandemic" is so traumatic for people compared to financial ruin and disintegrating families.
It's also retarded that your solution to budget cuts is to introduce more costs and complexity on the system, shouldn't the solution be further streamlining and cost cutting of non essential parts of the prison system?
