This is a sales video. Not a brilliantly presented video, but not the worst I've seen; fella isn't a professional presenter, after all.
But it's really not a how-to instructional video. So why is it in the how-to section of your website?
Keep your product support content and sales messaging separate, Osmo. Currently, it makes you look like you only care about sales, not providing your customers with support.
