Ended up unlocking and completing “DELETE THIS” this week, and on one of my runs one an active items I picked up would just turn all enemies in any room into Henry. I have no clue how, but it was awesome to see at most 15 Henry’s in a room just vibing before being flushed away.

That would be a lot more scary since you can always cheat spawn in several to get the achievement, but the achievement would turn "The Lost" from "Hard mode" to "Controller breaking mode" if you still had to get achievements for him.

And although I was lucky that an item that I obtained in the last challenge delete this, made that in each room it appeared if there was a hole available, I at first thought that if I let it go down completely I would lose the game or something like that, and did not understand what the challenge was about.
I have 5000+ hours in Isaac and almost 400 in repentence and I have never stumbled across this guy. I only go to Dross to get the 'Mother' achievement for characters and I still have 7 left so maybe I will come across him? Well...I guess like 15 if you count tainted which you should. What an amazing update. This really should be the end. If someome just started Isaac with Repentence with no prior experience their head would explode. I started with only a few achievements not finished, only challenges not done(and still not) are Ultra Hard and Speed. Mostly hard mode Keeper and Lost stuff. Had 999 coins in the bank and in greed mode and now my bank is at like 405 coins. Repentence is every elite Isaac players dream come true. But it has to be a nightmare for a beginner. Thank you Edmund. This game is a true masterpiece and you are a freaking genius.

There are plenty of unused ones but this is the only one that spawns this rarely.
The only other rare enemy I know is the conjoined blue fatty but that's an actual enemy, it's just very uncommon to see one.
now somebody make a mod that makes Henry cast Card Against Humanity over the entire floor when you kill him
