No mate. This is not the best start to a season for forest. They were 3rd in 94 and went close to 30 games in unbeaten in a row. In 980 they went 42 games unbeaten from the previous season through to the following one. That record stood for nearly 25 years when Arsene Wengers Arsenal beat it. They used to finish in the top 10 quite often and have finished in the top 6 and top 3 quite a few times too. They were world club champions as well as European Champions as well. Try not to undersell their history. 😂
94/95 season they had 8 wins and 3 draws from the first 11 games. Only Newcastle were better with 9 2 0. Forest lost game 12 against Blackburn at the City Ground 0-2. Chris Sutton scored
@@ThomasChristensen-bp2wx We had a poor November, I seem to remember, we couldn't score and then we sprung on again in December pummelling Man Utd at Old Trafford in the process. Priceless. In THAT away kit. Beautiful style of football that season.
Your reference to an unbeaten run of nearly 30 games Is - I think - actually about the 1995-96 season. I recall we went 27 games unbeaten.....our first defeat was memorable - 7-1 at Blackburn !!!! As you say, we finished 3rd in 1988, 1989 and 1995. In 1996, Forest was the last English club left in European COmpetition - we reached the QFs of UEFA Cup, losing to eventually winners Bayern Munich.
Sept 2021 is when we were at the bottom of the Championship with 1 point after 6 games when Steve Cooper took over. Back then you'd get better odds of us being relegated to League 1 than promoted to the Premiership. If anyone said back then that we'd be 3rd in the Premiership in 3 seasons they'd be branded delusional and rightly so. Cooper will always be a legend for me for taking us out of the blackhole we were stuck in for decades. Sadly I think the Premiership exposed his limitations and Nuno has done a magnificent job so far of taking us to the next level.
Gabs and Juls don’t even realise Forest have previously finished 3rd in the Premier League 🤦🏻♂️😂 Thanks for the 20 second review, much appreciated. And Gabs, you look old enough to remember Forest winning the FA Cup in 1959 👍🏻
I do Think said at the Start 6th Because when people watch us , we are Good... Last season we played well just could not Score,, Our Team and Supporters are Fantastic, so let us enjoy,, Mr Clough will be Smiling, This is from a Nottingham Forest Suporter, And even if we were Bottom of the Table,,, Our Supporters are Fantastic.... Let's Enjoy, Keep Believing...we can do it....
Leao can be fantastic, but have to learn how to be more consistent. Better in his decision making. Less lazy at times. Can be massively frustrating to watch, but can also do things almost nobody else can. Semenyo has some of the same traits, but works alot harder.
Already had 3 injury’s in last few games n that’s 3 of our main midfielders we have more than enough depth to cover clearly haven’t been watching us also ward prowse been out for 2 games lad

When Jose Mourinho said he was fired by someone who doesn’t understand football, the media mocked him but again he’s been proven right again in Roma
When roma sacked him?
@ they were 4 points away from qualifying for the Championsleague
Trevor Francis first ever £million player in world
Christiano Woodhinio………………..🎉

Forest fans are just enjoying the season thy we aren't battling relegation. Honestly was not expected, by anyone.
95, played 10 won 7. Do your research guys
Shout Out to "Kathmandu"
Obviously not
Eric ten Haag to Roma 🤧
Marseilles is the bigger threat. That's why PSG procured help from the referee. That referee is probably gonna ref some Saudi games at 20k a pop soon.
Bruh the sound on this show is like my grandma’s gramophone. Gotta do better guys. Invest!
Mason Greenwood is great. A bullshit red card destroyed that game.
Trouble will come if Forest get injuries to key players. I'd say top 8 is a very good chance
What players like our preferred stating midfield of MGW , Danillo or Sangare ? 😂
