Hi abhishek kar, u r selecting NSE 100 stocks in 2022 and backtesting it from 2000 to 2020. Does it make sense?. Either u must test it from NSE100 from 1999 list or u must know nse 100 list of 2040 now. :). Present NSE 100 stocks performed well past 20 years thats why it is there in NSE 100 list.
@@madhukarakshetty3986 I thinks its just for Idea, Now you have to implement your own Idea and output with Such helpful way. This demo was not for Copy paste and apply. It's giving us Idea to develop with some concepts some Idea for your own Algo. Just use Database from past and try it for future. But for this you or me or who ever is implementing have to wait or testing pahse for next 4-5years then we will surely have our own methods...

I don't have words to describe but only which I can say -: greater than great :-.
Trading achhe sikhne mein minimum 3-4 saal lagda hay, with heart and soul dedication, sacrifice. Then also we just make profit around 7-8% in a year. And And You are talking about Algo trading that will generate easy money for us, time nehi dena hoga, no headache…. Etc Abhishek karr , Everything has its own merits and demerits.

I Guess From Beginner's perspective Discretionary Trading is more good than Algo Trading..!! This Requires more experience & Exposure to Algo Trading Knowledge
I agree with you. I also do algo/systematic trading with my own developed algo system but I don't recommend it to beginners.

Sir as you tell in backtesting nifty 100 stock. In back test in year 2000 it saw hdfc and hdfc bank trade. At that time nifty 100 stock was different. That time no one talk about hdfc bank or bajaj finance or etc.
I saw lots of algo backtesting video thay all talk about today nifty 50 or nifty 100 stock for backtest. In past nifty 50 or nifty 100 stock are different. Same goes to Banknifty options stretagy. Before past 5 year there was no liquidity in Banknifty option.
Bhai me bhi same chiz soch rha tha.
