    Thank you for the tutorial, your albums are always so beautiful. Doubling up the hinges is a good idea for the heavier pages, thanks.

    Corene, I love your projects and your tutorials are awesome! You are a great teacher! I love the idea of doubling the hinge. I've been watching a lot of your videos, again, because we've had a lot of babies born into my family this year so I'm excited about making some of your albums. I just bought 2 Nitwit baby collections because I love how you transform the digital paper into your own creations. My Cameo is in for a workout this holiday season 🤣. 🤩🤩🤩
    Do you mind telling me what was the final size of the folder that is in the main pocket? Thanks 😉

    Thank you so much for this, it's beautiful!!! Can I ask how to do the pull out with the scalloped edge on the right side?🤔

    • @corenescreations
      @corenescreations  4 года назад

      Thank you & thanks for stopping by! I designed that on my Silhouette Cameo...but if you do not have a Cameo, or a Cricut, you can simply cut your mat to fit, keeping it a little wider than your page & use a decorative punch to give it a nice edge not he paper that peeks out from the side. Hope that helps!

    Hi Corene! Love all your work. Just wondering what do you use to get the Place photo here prompt on your layouts?

      Hi Kathy! Thank you! I have a stamp that says "Place photo here", I ordered it years ago online, but unfortunately, cannot remember where I ordered it from, I do remember I would not recommend the company. I also sometimes print it out on my cardstock & cut out the photo mats. I believe you can search "Place photo here stamp", you should be able to find a stamp like it. Hope this helps!

    I appreciate the tutorial but I don’t understand how to make the piece of paper that slides into the side of the set. The piece of paper you show in the scrapbook is a pull out with a black curly edge like one would do with fancy scissors. You had this piece for every page in the book. How big do we make the page in order to have the fancy back edge or do we glue on the fancy black edge to the paper? I hope I am making myself clear with my question.
    Did you use a computer print out for “ put photo here” on the pages that require photos for the person who will receive this beautiful baby book?
    Thank you.
    I am following your advice about going to videos you have already made so I better understand the things you are speaking about since its been a while since I’ve made a baby book. Your book is beautiful!
    Cheers!

      Hi Dawn! Yes, I printed out the “place photo here” from my computer, but they do sell rubber & clear stamps that say that as well. I would suggest checking your local craft store, Etsy or even Amazon for the stamp. As far as the pull out mats for the side, I designed that & cut with my Silhouette Cameo. An easy way to replicate that is to simply cut a mat (the size will depend on the size album you make…just start with a scrap piece of paper and make it 1” shorter on both length & width & see how that fits, you may need to slightly adjust it, so again, start with a scrap piece until you get the exact size you like) then just use your favorite edge-punch to use on one edge.
      Hope this helps! Thanks for stopping by!

    Hi Corene, me again. I did a trial of these pages and I think they turned out pretty well. I was just wondering if you could recommend what liquid glue you used, mine turned the paper slightly wrinkly in a couple spots and I used it sparingly. Also, if you could share the size of the scalloped side pull out of the pocket page it would appreciated😊

      Hi there! I’m glad you tried these, they are fun to make! You may want to try fabri-tac by beacon glue I have found that on Amazon and also at Walmart and probably the craft stores as well I don’t seem to have that issue with that I love that glue. The scallop pull out is 9 5/8 inches tall by 7 7/8 inch wide, hope that helps! Corene

    I've been binge watching you now, it feels like weeks (on my spare time). Haha I was looking at some of your blank books on either etsy or ebay or probably both. Lol
    I was hoping once the chaos of back to school/not back to school and now back to school again was over, I wanted to purchase and decorate a few of your plain albums for Christmas presents for family to fill in. One will be for my sister in law who isn't due until after Christmas, so I would be making them with the idea that they would add photos they wanted to finish them later on. So I'd like to stamp where to put photos, where to pull, flip, etc. Do you sell the Place Photo Here stamps that you use? Or do you know where I could order them?? Forgive me if you said it in the video, I'm often watching them to wind down at the end of the day and fall asleep only to have to find my spot the next night again.
    Either way, thank you for sharing your beautiful talent on RUclips!
    Lots of Love from Canada! Stay safe! ❤🇨🇦❤

      Hi Tonya!
      Thanks so much, I’m so glad you’re enjoying the videos. I really appreciate that! As far as the stamps, I got one (I don’t show it in this video) but the place I got it from was terrible. I think it took over 3 months to receive & they had no tracking on it, terrible cust. Service so I wouldn’t recommend them! If you Google “place stamp here clear stamp” you will find quite a few. I don’t believe the co. I had ordered from pops up so don’t worry about that. The ones you see in this video, I print & cut them on my silhouette. Also, if you have nice printing or handwriting you could add your own, but I highly recommend a stamp & make it easier on yourself for a few bucks. Lots should show up on Etsy. Good luck with school/no school & just things in general! We are all just trying to get by! Hang in there! Hugs 🤗

      corenescreations so my chipboard should be 8 1/2 x 10“ wide and a 4 inch spine right I am making this album right now watching you

    • @corenescreations
      @corenescreations  4 года назад

      Lynne Hebert yes, 8 1/2” x 10”. The spine was approx 3 3/4”-4” if I remember correctly. I would suggest you make your hinge piece first, then measure it to see what size chipboard you need.
