My husband started to change the channel because Jase was griping about being left out again. I asked him to please wait and let’s just watch the rest of the broadcast. I’m so glad that we got to see it till the end. There was some real revelation and strong meat of the The Word and guess who The Lord used to bring it forth?

It still is obvious today, who would have thought that a bunch of duck-call builders would become millionaires? Your beliefs of the Bible, your beliefs in God and Jesus and what you have been chosen to do for His kingdom. These are examples of Jesus at work in modern life. Thank you for sharing your views and knowledge about the text of God's word.
Jase why is it so hard for you to admit something supernatural happened with your dad? Was it Jesus absolutely, but Phil was a witness to it! I just don't understand why you want to keep denying the supernatural.

Nehemiah 8-4 speaks of a pulpit !! I remember Phil saying pulpit wasn't in the Bible (I think) I'd never seen it either. Just ran across it today

Jase I think you are misunderstood. I understand where your coming from. When I first saw you a couple years ago on the podcasts, I thought "why's he on here?" LOL!! I know your chuckling with me for saying that. I kept watching for the studies and now I've come to really enjoy all your input. Because I'm rarely understood as well. I'm a lot like my dad who was a lot like his mother. And oh boy we understood each other too well- LOL! I was told I'd never have children, but after 28 years of marriage and 3 adult kids (God knew!) ages 23,25, and 28, I gave birth to a son at age 47. hHe's 18 now and I saw when he was only 5 that he too was going to be a lot like us misunderstoods! I have guided him, and he handles it very well! But no one ever truly needs to understand another person do they, we are asked to love one another. Sure we understand a bit about them, or we may know them very well. Truly understanding - that is something only God, Jesus,Holy Spirit- God do. I think my being misunderstood is a gift- I see things differently. So I agree with a lot you say, and benefit from it. Of course Phil, Al, Zach and the guests are very interesting, I learn a lot from them too. But when I'm watching, I'm winking at you! I get you. And you have a heart on fire for the Lord! Her question is how does 2nd amendment align with turn the other cheek and is there scripture to support defending her child and beasts?

1 Corinthians 13 says that love always protects. I would say try to do what you can to not use violence but if it must come down to that to protect you then I would think it’s okay!
In regards to the animal; if it attacked them then that’s one thing, but if they’re just attacking animals for no reason, that person is unstable and you should do what must be done to get them some help first and foremost!

The man that lived in the caves & the woman that was deemed crazy were being ruled by demons & those demons knew who Jesus was. After the demons left them, ( I think there’s a time gape here) they probably followed Jesus for a time & learned who he was. Afterwards Jesus sent the man home & the woman continued to follow. She was one of the 3 Mary’s.

The goal is to ride this earth back to heaven and become the eighth heaven. That is the message of the Quran. No one knows the real answer until we wake up there. Been through a lot in my life, mostly all my family is gone. I’ve seen death,drugs and the horrors of what drugs can do to people. I believe there is a god but I feel a disconnect because how can a god watch all this stuff happening and not do anything. Duck dynasty and the podcasts you guys do push me closer to where I want to be, I just don’t know how to get their and get the feeling I’m connected to god again.

Hello Ryan! I think that we have all been where you are at! I cannot give a perfect answer by any means but I think that is the point. Ultimately, it comes down to faith! No matter what may happen, we can be certain of one thing, God is good! All things work out for the good of those who love God and who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28)!
I know that God allows some things to happen because tribulation produces perseverance, which produces character which produces hope (Romans 5:3-4) Ultimately, difficult things help us to lean on God when otherwise we may not!
God is going to do something about it as well! Not only did He provide saving grace and eternal life to all who put their faith in His perfect life, death, burial and resurrection to save us from our sins, but He one day will make all things new!
