I can’t wait to read the book. Excellent webinar I didn’t expect to stumble across but I’m delighted that I did. Everything is perfectly applicable to my job!

Management consultants approach all problems with one question. Howe can I make billable hours out of this?

Outstanding! A must for anyone in any kind of a firm ("consulting" or "client").

21:00 This is exactly the reason, why there are no dumb questions.
Invite people to ask questions. Of course context matters.
I for example foster a climate of systematically questioning results. As a leader I conduct so called Advocatus Diaboli meetings, in which a person or team must find fault in our own products and approaches. Your role is to be as critically as possible, no holds barred. Emotional, “unfair”, hostile critics - whatever. This is what happens in the real world, and I invite my team to be our own worst critic to later on answer this questions.
It takes courage, and helps to fight complacency.

Very useful for a person to start learning consulting like me. Do you have a full course at somewhere?

Breakdown the work into pieces sounds a lot like smash and grab to me... 14:30

I'd read it more as slice it into pieces that can later be put back together in a way that preserves the totality of the topic.
The difference is also that by structurally approaching the problem, you can identify which ones are the main drivers of the issue.
I think the example could've been better, the open questions one is not immediately different (and in a workshop could easily miss in directing the conversation into finding the core of the issue).

Ah, that is when it is wise to include a Registered Nurse with a proven track record of developing Plans of Care with certifications in Community Health & Wellness with a proven track record for facilitating diverse stakeholders who are truly focused advocates for all ages within families. The Wellness Weavers use our “Everyone Counts Game Show” to facilitate simple SMART Action Plan Steps.
It always includes evaluation of those steps to adapt to get to the desired results.
The fun thing is we work to help reveal how it fits into the budget for all socioeconomic groups.
It is important to give every socioeconomic group dignity, respect, & equal voice & vote on the development of the SMART Action Plan Steps & adjustments after the evaluation of the effectiveness of the previous step made & taken.
I am open to connections that want a retired family-faith-community nurse consultant on your TEAMS…Together Everyone Achieves More Success

This process needs work. Way too many parts. Get rid of 70%. Simplify and that in itself will keep everyone on track.
