    Maam , i find it difficult to identify the grades of retraction , when i see the membrane through otoscope or otoendoscope , is their any key features we should stress upon for easy identification, can u pls help .

      It will be easy with apparence along with mobility. So always do siegelisation along with otoendoscopy to find out mobility of TM
