You are my absolute favorite RUclipsr. 🥰 I’m actually on a week with only watching 1-2 youtube videos a day and checking social media briefly for needed things. It feels like freedom but also boring but also I’m getting so much done. 😂
🌷 You made my day! I’m trying to limit TV time and keeping my phone in another room. I know what you mean about the mix of feeling both “boring” and yet super productive.
@@KeyLimeInk aww! You really are special ann! That sounds like a great plan! Being present takes work now a days. I often miss what it was like without cell phones.
Thank you for this 😊! I do need to not be on my phone so much☺️! I really do like that book! I also have many collected Peter Pauper Press notebooks! I love their books and the paper they use🥰! Thank you for sharing, it’s really important👍🏻! Take care 🙏🏻🤗💕!
Good question! During the day, I have not improved much at all. However, I've finally found a happy place with sleep by doing the following: I turn off all devices (including TV, phone, etc.) by 11:30 p.m. and turn off the lights at midnight. I'm calling it Cinderella Time. By doing this, I've awakened at the same time every morning without an alarm for 20 days in a row. My circadian rhythm is back on track. I've never slept this well in my whole life, so I'm calling it a victory so far!

Came back to see how being on your phone less is going. For me, some days are better than others.
