    we will never see another competitor like Kobe Bryant. Dude literally lived to compete and prove he was better than everyone, he thrived off situations others would fold in.

    Didn’t realize Artest had such a deep bag on offense! Thought he was just a defender and rebounder.
    I recently watched Artest’s interview on All the Smoke.
    Barnes and Jackson asked him about the malice in the palace in the 04-05 season and Artest opened up that he was too scared to ask the team for forgiveness for what happened. But the truth was that the whole team forgave him pretty quickly and Artest demanded a trade because he couldn’t handle the shame. The 2005 season was in shambles because of all the suspensions. But if Artest had found a way to let go of his shame and stay with the Pacers, that 2006 pacers squad would have done real damage. I don’t think the 2006 heat or the 2006 pistons could have beaten that pacers squad, if they remained together.

    How tf was Kobe hitting these shots with Battier in his face? Also Ron Artest would be as good if not better than Kawhi in today’s game.

    • @dorseyscott2114
      @dorseyscott2114 4 месяца назад

      Hell no, Artest is not fucking with Kawhi offensively, Kawhi gets his points effortlessly and consistently, Artest had to work harder for his points and was far less consistent,( although Artest would have nights where he could look like an elite scorer)… And then there is the mental aspect of the game, and Kawhi wins that by leaps and bounds , Artest is prone to lose his cool in heated moments….. Artest wins in the durability department of course and defense is a wash….
