Working on it! I think it would sound very cool on piano, especially since there is some liberty with what you play with the left hand. That's why I loved writing this one so much, because I could give the chorus some originality :)
ive never heard this one before, but i cant imagine you did anything less than a fantastic job covering it! i love these sooo much dude, keep it up! Also, if i could recommend some songs for you to do: anything from Derivakat (i just think any of her songs would sound great in Musescore covers like yours!) or maybe All I Need by Khai Dreams (its the 'i know im not the only one' song that tommy uses a lot if u didnt know), though anything from Khai might be hard to transcribe, since its a lot of speak-singing if that makes sense. I appreciate you reading this and/or taking any of the suggestions, if u did! Have a great day, as always m8
Aww thanks for the support man! I don't think Wilbur every officially released this song as I can only find it on SoundCloud and RUclips, but it's my absolute favourite. Thanks for the suggestions! I've heard a lot about Derivakat and I think she's done a lot of great songs, but I'm not very familiar with her music. I'm definitely putting it on my list though! And All I Need sounds interesting as well!
I've made an arrangement in the original key! I don't think I'll upload it to RUclips but I published it on MuseScore: musescore.com/user/27789760/scores/6715362/s/gxrB15?share=copy_link However, I don't think you can play along with the original version. You see, the song is written in the key of D Major but it's tuned down so much, it sounds wrong when you try to play along. If you have a digital piano or a keyboard you could try tuning it down to get the same 'half-key'. I hope this helps! :)
hii, idk if u know what im on abt but u know like the synthesia format 4 piano tutorials? is it possible 4 u 2 upload a version like that? :D (completely oki if not! just wondering)
I know what you mean, but I don't have a program to do that unfortunately! However MuseScore lets you turn sheet music into an automatically generated synthesia thing. This is the link to the sheet music: musescore.com/aero_wizard/it-s-all-futile-it-s-all-pointless-by-wilbur-soot If you select the piano icon above the title of the song, it turns into a synthesia piano roll! It's not that practical to use, but maybe it's helpful! :)
The cover sounds very uplifting and triumphant. If Pebble Brain was a movie then this sounds like it would come at the very end.
I can’t even describe how perfect this is XD I love it so much every mood is captured so accurately
I love how you added “it’s now a Lovejoy song” to the description
I have been searching everywhere for this!
this is so great!! i love the chorus and bridge bits especially, sounds soooo good :))
you are insane bro
this is amazing! i love the maybe i was boring ep and you did this song so well! cant wait to see your future work
this is awesome
I’m hoping that the next YCGMA is losing face, it’s a pretty song that would sound good on piano
