Yes they are. I pick mine up from a local coin store who sources them in assorted sizes from uline. I have seen some on Amazon. You are right to make sure they are pvc free...

Nice variety pack Benjamin, my orders from NotesHobby usually take 55 to 60 days. Like you, by then I forget what was ordered. I got all the new Oman series so my Oman (as a country) is complete now in UNC from P1 to current. Best of luck on reaching 1000, I realized I watch almost all your videos but was not subscribed. I guess I am number 414 ! My IBNS is 3649.

Thanks for subscribing! The only country where I am even close to completing all the notes, much less a series is post Shah Afghanistani and then Lao...I always prefer buying my notes in country so I don't have to wait long...but sometimes I must buy outside...
