Today's case is about of group of friends who are out on a dinner together after one of them gets a job. They happen to encounter some guys who started making nasty comments on the girls with them. They get into a fight with them after they don't stop. The goons beat them up bad and one of the friends gets killed and other badly injured. Watch the episode to know more.

They dont prepare the cases properly.The State gives them a pittance to argue whereas the accused is prepared to pay much more for his freedom.Witnesses dont come and memories are weakened due to the long delays.That is why there is no fear of the law..
yes, its slow. n nt just slow its cheap n dirty too as many times lawyers make the whole case just a game of money n connections thats it. many times justice is later first its abt money n connections in our system.

The judicial system in India is so terrible. Courts have millions of case files backlogged, even the most basic court cases take years to resolve. Once the Judicial system becomes more efficient it will help victims and the population in general. Also, people that see such crimes happen should not turn a blind eye towards it, speak up.

Most eye witnesses are cowards at heart, they are just bystanders watching the tamasha not wanting to help. Ragini is a shining example for all, she and the other witnesses that came forward were brave enough to volunteer to be witnesses in court. Whereas other cowardly witnesses sat tight, not realising that such terrible incident could happen to them too. The police and others related to the case helped to get justice for the victims which took 5 long years, a trying time for the families who lost their sons. As usual the actors of crime petrol gave an excellent realistic performance.

There should be provision in law to prosecute lawyers who knowingly take sides of accused after the case is finished. This would reduce the arrogance of such lawyers

Defence side should have been asked to not only bear tha traveling cost of witness but also fooding and lodging expenses of witness...As the delay was done due to their excuses...So they must bear the cost of their excuse.....If possible also compensation as the witness is coming leaving her work just for the sake of justice to anyone else whom she didn't even know

Director does not know how to handle court scenes. What stupid argument shown. When that guy says reading glasses, the lawyer is arguing about 60mt details. Reading glasses are for reading not more than 1 metre away. Bakvaas epsiode and first of all get rid of director.
These are those criminals who started molesting their relatives at home, parents did not stop them, felt ok, and did the same outside, in process destroyed life of victims and their relatives. Poor father even after running around for justice for 5 years was still hopeful for justice. Others in his place would have bowed out. Advocates in this case were commodity could be bought and sold.
And there is no low or high class but human class and animal class. My condolences to victims and their families. My respect to advocate who fought for Kevin and the girl from Delhi. Most comments are only praising CP and it's inspectors no doubt they are praise worthy but its goal is to stop and fight crime therefore comments should commensurate towards ways and means to fight crimes from occurring again and again. In that direction social media has been very helpful. But difficult to understand in to today's time when we have 1000s of cctv and lakhs of mobile Camera where everything get captured as excellent proof of crime no less an eye witness statement yet cases drag on and on, tnx to law and judiciary.
