Why dies one of the children get a diaper but the other one doesn't ?? Both babies need them to stay drier , cleaner and from stooling on themselves or on the floor ..
I agree with other comments bathing ,which is needed everyday ! And bedding should also be kept clean or they stink and become uncomfortable to sleep on .

В таких первобытных условиях жизни очень трудно соблюдать чистоту, дети постоянно на земле, то что-то скушали, то обмочились, вот и грязные, но эта мать счастлива уже тем, что они пошли ногами, а ведь она двоих таскала на себе и груз на продажу, ей очень нелегко было, да и сейчас не особо она отдыхает, надо добывать пропитание. Я не могу её осуждать, не судите, вы не были в таких диких условиях. А дети в любом случае вырастут, дай бог всем здоровья и удачи.😊😊😊❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉

Their easy to have children but their children are having hard time for their daily life not cleaning the body not taking a bath not changing clothes these twins will become big just having the life for want their mother give to them and not the children need to be taking care of.
