  • Using data from ANY major 3D CAD system, create robust, digital, animated work instructions that are linked to the parts lists (Bill of Materials) and process steps. These work instructions can then be deployed for FREE to users with one of several alternatives including Microsoft Excel®, 3D PDF, our streaming web app and others.
Watch this short video for an overview of the problem facing companies that have complex assembly operations and why XVL is the solution.
Step 1: CONVERT. Convert from your 3D system/s. XVL supports all major CAD systems. Combine all CAD files for a product into a single XVL file, even files in different 3D formats. File sizes are reduced to about 1% of their original CAD size while maintaining accuracy.
Step 2: AUTHOR. For example, plan and validate your assembly process. Then create step-by-step, animated assembly instructions that are linked to parts (including the the Bill of Materials, if created) and process lists.
Step 3: PUBLISH: There are many options, all of which are FREE for the user. Options include our streaming web app, Microsoft Excel®, 3D PDF and more. Watch this short video to learn more.
