We use Outlook 2003 on multiple PCs and Laptops - each unit has Kapsersky Security Suite installed. On some units, e-mails from certain senders download with "Complete Header in Text Format". On other units, the very same e-mail downloads without the header in html format. Clearly, there is some setting either in Outlook 2003 or Kaspersky that differentiates the manner in which these specific messages from the specific senders downloads in a different format. Any thoughts on how we can prevent the message with "Complete Header in Text Format" - we prefer e-mail downloads without the header in html format. Thanks for your assistance.
