- The @n1.education practical gets better every time we teach it, because while we teach we also learn. We attract the best coaches around the globe as well as coaches that are completely new. Each student provides us valuable feedback and experience that allows us to improve our skills as instructors, and refine our content and communication even further.

A lot of people would coast if they were in first place with a sizable lead. But our goal is to be better every time, and never stop trying to improve, no matter how many times we lap the competition.

There is no mercy rule, not in our workouts, and not in our effort to be the best we can be.
