- This video will provide you with technical information on the Expanding (E-series) development kit from Artimus Robotics, our newest public product offering. We'll walk you through what you need to know relating to the HV portable power supply, as well as the customizability, functionality, and core features of the HASEL actuators. If you missed the introduction video to the expanding development kit, you can find it here: • Artimus Robotics Intro...

I want the long strans
We should try using this for an artificial heart
what's the breakdown current of this thing? how lethal is it to be shocked by it?
Depend on the set up. But they can be developed to be safe to the touch
how does its efficiency scale with number layers? if you were to increase the number layers, say, tenfold, and make each layer ten times thinner, I'd expect its time response to become worse, but it should become 100 times stronger for the same voltage due to Coulomb's inverse square law, right?
besides, when one side of this thing contracts, the other side expands, so it seems like one could make a better bend-type actuator with this thing rather than a linear-type?
You are correct, contracts in one dimensions and expands in the other. See our other style actuators, the optimize for contraction. More videos on our youtube channel.
more efficient than hard robot servos
exactly, reach out to info@aritmusrobotics.com if you have more questions.
How to get this project ?
Hi. Feel free to reach out to us at info@artimusrobotic.com with purchasing inquiries.
Where can I buy this?:)

10 kv? Isn't that, like, a lot?
But extremely low current/power. Reach out to info@aritmusrobotics.com if you have more questions.
