I remember seeing Frank for the first time after years of listening to him on podcasts and it was genuinely like learning Nancy Carteright voiced Bart Simpson. I thought he was a twenty something..
Can the wings move holl & copp. Then something with petry or maatte , unless they are 3rd pairing rotation (6th/7th rotation). Itd make room for some of these prospects or a cheap depth signing but copp at 5 mill and those 3 D at 2-3 mill are a little rich.
The current emphasis on big defensemen really makes me think the Avs have gone all wrong paying their top line combo of Makar and Toews. So small--how could they win the cup they've already won? Parcel them out and bring in Trouba and whoever the Leafs are overpaying.
Guy on the left, let the guy on the right fully pursue his thoughts re Stamkos/Sergachev versus Gentzl/McDonough; stop interrupting his train of thought it's a valid and interesting question. Esp re trading Sergachev. Like, honestly.
Guentzel is a much better even strength player than Stamkos at this stage. Stamkos has a better one timer which he has utilized on a power play with 2 of the best passers in the league feeding him in Hedman and Kuch. I Expect Stamkos to still have 70 points and 35 goals with Nashville but Guentzel will probably have 85+ points with more even strength points. In terms of Sergachev or Mcdonagh I’d rather have Sergachev considering Mcdonagh’s age but the lightning shed a big contract and also gained Moser who is a very solid d man along with Geekie who could be a future 2C. All in all the lightning are a bit better but still probably not deep enough to be contenders. Long term these moves could definitely extend their window as a competitive team vs falling off a cliff when Hedman, Mcdonagh, Stamkos and eventually even Kucherovs play would have significantly dropped off. Now they will probably have a slower decline and be a bit better in the immediate future.
What is it with Italian New Jersey Shore type guys that can't stop fkn with their hat or hair when they are doing a show. Sal for the Titans podcast does the same sht. 😂
You're hiding Franks hair. That's the star attraction, folks.

How do the wings get rid of Justin Holl or maybe Jeff Petry?

If PLD was a bad teammate why would Matt Roy sign for 6 years? He would know PLD the best considering they were both in LA.
Roy signed that deal because it’s $8m more than he would get anywhere else

Curtis McDermitt’s contract is 100% worth it so he can whoop Rempe 4 times a year
