Her being angry at Six is understandable, but she is a victim like Mono.
It turned out the Thin Man had separated Six from her soul when he kidnapped her into the tower. That soul was her child innocence and feeling of empathy. Without it, her she feels empty and she most likely saw that Mono was the one who turned into the Thin Man.
But with that being said, here's my added theory. With her soul gone, that's most likely why she's constantly hungry. She probably feels an emptiness that can't ever be filled. Hence in the 1st game, she always needs to feed, fed on a gnome, and even the lady in the end. In the 2nd game, she never gets hungry. You don't see her looking for any food, trying to follow anyone in hopes of finding food. All she does is follow Mono and even tries to help, until she's basically "deformed". (I.e. soul ripped out of her.)
So yes. The chronological order between the first 2 games, is 2 then 1.❤
