Anmeldung is city registration given by Rathaus ( city registration office) and house contract is given by the landlord.
"Amtliche Meldebestätigung für die Anmeldung" - which states official confirmation of our registration, is the paper given by city registration office.
And "Mietvertrag"- states our rental contract.
So sorry for this mistake in video.
Hume house contract ka paper lekar jana hota hai in city registration office and they give Anmeldung there.

Form 19 or wohnungsgeberbestätigung is given by landlord and is known as landlord confirmation document. Anmeldung is city registration document given by local city registration office not given by landlord. Please do a little research atleast before uploading the videos 😅

If you haven't please try to send them atleast 2 -3 mails. Same happened in my case and then I got their reply.

Most of the landlords ask for bank transfer. Same happened in our case, but if you want to give cash you can still ask your landlord or landlady.

I would say that, "good gpa" is not the only criteria for getting a public university.
If you have low gpa, try to enhance your profile with other things like interships, work experience, research paper etc.

And I have some good projects also.
And also have 3 years of work experience as a software developer.
