Noise complaints are getting nowhere so I want to teach them a lesson. I hate being that person but they don't seem to understand how frustrating it is to not get decent sleep at night.

If you have earbuds, please dont. My ear canal is vibrating a very unpleasant way. Edit: The vibrating went away! Also, i think my earbuds stopped working, because i cant hear anything. Edit 2: i lost my hearing.
