Jamuary 7th 2025 | Distortion on the Drumbrute Impact and Microfreak

‪@sonauratube‬ Day 7 Prompt: DISTORT IT!
Was really looking forward to today’s prompt. Nothing distorts quite as well as FM synths, so I ran an arp on the Microfreak with the 2-OP FM oscillator and started cranking the ratios and feedbacks until it sounded gnarly. Then I dropped a beat on the Impact using the FM Drum, cranking the ratios and FM amount on that, and then…of course, gotta turn on the Brute factor and crank it to 11! Turned into a really fun jam!
