Funeral pyres!!!!!!!!!!!! should have firebreak concrete floors/ block walls up to the underside of the roof and a sprinkler system fitted, build it cheap get the most rent and service charges from the tenant. And it will cost you all a lot of money in your lost assets
0:30 oh my why are you building apartment blocks out of wood?? Not a single gram of cement or concrete WTF...I suspect that if a person forgets the water running and floods the apartment, it condemns the whole building.... I'm sorry, but the blocks must be made of concrete skeleton and with brick filling not like this.....
Thank you for posting this! I am awaiting a condo build, and this helps me understand what goes up first and when.

this is a goal of mine... how long to build ? approximately how much to build ?? and how many different residents ??
I'm not sure. I just lived in the other half of the apartment complex as they were expanding. This is Reserve at Carrington Place in Fayetteville, NC.
Ah ....the misery that is an apartment complex

How much did cost ?
How much was this
why build it in the middle of nowhere?
Well, it's somewhere now.
The city is probably across the street behind the building that the camera is in.

Probably tens of million of dollars. An lots of investors then Probally 80-90 units need to be rented out ASAP to recoup the money back
This probably only costed 1.5million
Americans : why are our houses always destroyed after a hurricane.
also Americans : let's build all our houses and apartments out of wood.
Ого
Emmm… I wouldn’t buy a condo completely built with woods ( if it was for sale)😅

Crapers
waste of wood. Why not concrete? This building will be rotten after 5 years...
One spark and that entire building goes down :/
That would be true without firefighters.
Most commercial buildings of this size have substantial fire suppression systems.
