Hello from Sweden! I just saw your video for the first time :) I was about to give up on sourdough baking, it is so time consuming and hard, but now I found your channel :) so tonight I have put my sourdough in the baking pan and tomorrow I will bake your signature bread! 😊 Thank you so much for sharing this easy way to bake sourdough! 🙏
Yes, the basic sourdough is very easy, obviously there are many other ancient methods especially the scolded sourdough bread but I find the easy way is good enough and good for the tummy. Thanks for appreciating.
You make it sound so easy and low maintenance. Gives me confidence, thx. One thing you mentioned in the video was a wooden grinder used to make flour. Where did you purchase it or where can I find one like it? Thanks!
Also you will never be able to buy as coarsely ground as you can do in this type of mill which makes bread of a different quality plus freshly ground grains will have another level of energy.
500 grams kamut Tablespoon of salt Any sweetener of choice Sourdough starter about 250 grams Water-enough for dough to be nice and soft Mix the dough-preferably not too hard Put dough in bread tin with parchment paper, and pat the dough down with wet hands. Proof the bread in warm place, overnight. In the morning, bake in the oven at 180°C,for 1hr.
@@sarahsadeghi954 the baking time is quite individual first of all what type of oven you have gas or electric and also peoples likes some like more dark crust some like very light crust so you just bake as you feel best for you more or less
