I worked on an RC vehicle project for a long time. I tried to make the car with materials that those who are interested in this business can reach without much difficulty. I tried to use simple and useful methods. I struggled to make it a cheap tool. Unfortunately, I had to use some parts ready-made. Almost all of its parts are made of metal to make this car sturdy. I gathered all the construction processes of the vehicle in this video. I tried to explain it to you down to the smallest detail. I take issue with one part though.
When selecting used lithium-ion batteries, before you pair them for each of those three cells you need to put each one on a smart-charger and then fully charge & discharge each one, write down the capacity of each one (usually shown in milliamp-hours or Watt-hours) and then pair each battery with one that is as close to the same capacity as possible. Preferably they should be within 50 MAh of each other.
If you do not do this, you run the risk of thermal run-away (fire!). This is because the battery with the larger capacity will charge the one with the smaller capacity to reach equilibrium. If one of the two batteries in each cell reaches the end of it's useful lifespan while the other one is fine , you could have a problem on your hands.
Alternatively, just store the battery somewhere where it won't burn down your home if it catches fire. ....Maybe with some fireworks to let you know if it catches fire.
... OK maybe scratch that last bit. ;-)
I watched the whole build start to finish you’re like me. Don’t tell me NO. I’ll make it work. You had to do some thinking, but yeah, that was pretty cool start to finish. Yes you could’ve bought a lot of your parts but no, you decided to make them just cause you can. But what would have been really funny though when you got done to pull it out there in the middle of the road and put your little Play-Doh guy in there and be like oh no Mr. bill have a truck come through there and smash it flat like I said, I know you put a lot of time and effort into it. It does work really well for what it is but that would’ve been some funny shit. Oh no, Mr. bill squish👍👍 😂😂

Sana tavsiyem, cok daha farkli ortamlarda is gorecek bir araçlar düşün. Hayaller kurarken cok yeni seyler bulacak veya her yerde gordugun ama "aaa bu bunda da ise yarar" diyecegin adapte birlestirici icatlar da cikarabilirsin. Matkap motorunu kullanmak bunun en ilklerde ki adimi.Videodan anladigim sen icat yapacak icat ciratacak çocuklarıdansin. Seninle gurur duydum. Keşke tum gencler senin gibi sabirli ve caliskan olsa. Ailene soyle, seni iyi yetistirmisle. Kutlarım.

Question: don't understand why you used wood on some parts, when chassis is all made metal 🤔. I still like it 👍
Wood is lighter than metal and increases unsprung weight. It's good to have lighter parts on any vehicle's suspension near the wheels (RC or full size) for the suspension to work better,

Bu gibi bir araba yapıp, ucuz bir işlemci ile çok akıllı hale getirilebilir. İlk aklıma gelen esp cam modülü oldu :). Elektronik kısım için çokça fikrim vardı fakat tasarım ve mekanik olarak bana çok fikir kattı teşekkür ederim.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. Seems like a logical path. However, it would not be possible to fulfill a few orders alone. Maybe a similar business can be established in the future.
