How many of us found ourselves operating on autopilot? Getting trapped without even realizing it? It's just another day at work...
David assists us in breaking this autopilot mode, prompting a conscious examination of our actions and suggesting small adjustments to get back on track.
We discuss that grass is not always greener on the other side - everybody faces downfalls, failures and moments of doubt. David offers advice on how to improve the way you work, even if that means saying "no" to higher ups - "make your problem their problem."
Had a lot of fun - thank you, David Pereira for this conversation!
Next up is "outcomes over outputs." It's been repeated so much, that we got tired of it, didn't we? But do we even understand what it means?
David Pereira does a fantastic job of breaking down why focusing on outcomes matters. He ties outcomes to embracing the unknown, especially when discussing roadmaps.

Great chat, David! I received comments saying that it's highly motivating! The viewers appreciated the bias to action, rather the death by planning! And also looking at small failures as learning opportunities. Looking forward to our future collaboration, @DavidPereira88 !

Hehe, bull*4it management. I am adopting this term now :) It's funny how people say that waterfall is dead and then they spent days planning. And hamster stays trapped in a wheel.
