I was just 24 when transferred to Katni in 1970 and for anything and everything we had to go to the city. Besides, there were no messing facilities near by. . These old melodious songs broadcast from the Radio Ceylon was only our companion. Weekend we used to attend to our domestic chores. Daily mornings 07.30 AM to 08.00 AM was permanently locked for Purani Sangeet from Radio Ceylon. It is a pleasure to relive my old golden memories at the closing years of my life with these priceless due to mobile and internet technology. Thanks for sharing.
