"Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" style of fighting, with liberal use of camera angles. Not bad.
The closed captions were a bit too fast at times; but nonetheless was mostly entertaining.
Maybe you could ask them to speak more slowly...since the subtitles follow the script/action...🤔
Very nicely done. The camerawork/editing was choppy. Too close. The wirework, when used, was a tad excessive, but it was quite enjoyable.

The young actress is very pretty and the acrobatics and wire work are very good too. It's fun to watch for a few minutes but then it just feels goofy. Like watching daydreams of a history that never was and people that never were. Still, pleasant to watch. 👍

With all due respect, all of the featured characters here lack a basic character trait that is inherent in true martial artist: humility. They are hell bent on showing off their skills and are confrontational to the point of being absurd. And this creates a problem for martial arts today: students watch movies like this and internalize false qualities and become a menace for the rest of martial artists and normal people.
I've been trying to figure out the Chinese martial arts genre. The bad guys generally don't have much humility, which is not much different than American duke-em-out movies. But these bad guys are disciples of their late master. They certainly don't seem to be doing a very good job of maintaining the honor of their sect. (I suppose that could be part of the plot, but since I haven't seen more episodes, I can't tell.) There seems to be a lot of sexism here, too. The fact that a *girl* could be a Kung Fu master seems to really stick in their craw. (Interestingly, there seem to be a *lot* of Chinese videos of men underestimating female Kung Fu martial artists.) I suppose if the members of the sect were acting right and showing some humility, the exchange would start more like "If you are truly a disciple of our Master, you won't mind demonstrating that you know the sect's moves. Agreed?"
@@lynngrant4343 guys who don't respect female martial artists are present at each dojo, regardless of nationality of practitioners. I used to think it was only American ones but it seems they are present everywhere. I have to deal with it on daily basis.
