I love Zoltar! I remember as a little girl seeing them in SF, and I think there was one somewhere close to the Cliff House around the beach area. Too bad the Cliff House isn't around anymore. Great place for lunch and dinner with awesome views of the sea. I remember now. It was Playland where Zoltar was, lol. I had such a wonderful time there. Thx for doing this video Jordan. 🤗😊
I used to love the Zoltar machine at Chippewa Lake Park back in the 60's! They had it in the arcade across from the Caterpillar ride. 25c got it going. I have a pic of one, like in the movie that I played back then. I looked for and found the plaque on the side that dated that machine as being built in 1878! I saw a video on here a couple years ago that showed it rotting and falling apart in the now collapsed arcade building. " The old fortune teller lies dead, on the floor! Nobody needs fortunes told, anymore!" The kinks really summed it up.
Hi Jordan, that's really good that fortune telling with that soda bottle. Really interesting seeing the molds and the costumes. I see Zoltar machines where we live, now I know where they came from. You and Scott will spring to mind when I see them now. Great vlog Jordan.
I have a vintage fortune teller from the 1930’s that my grandfather use to have at his beach concessions back in the 1960s. But the true prize is one of those Mold-A-Rama machines that melts plastic pellets and makes a small toy of your choosing. I think they use to call it injection molding.
Fanstaci video with all the different Zoltar Machines that was like being in heaven. You look like you really was enjoyed yourself, but i sure did you and Scott pick a great place to visit can not wait to see what's coming next.
If my memory is correct, Boulder City was built to provide housing to the men building Hoover Dam. I have a friend who is buried at the Veterans Cemetery in Boulder City. Fred, I haven't forgotten you. Great shop!! Scott has a mini Zoltar machine, that appears to be alot of fun.
What a fun video. This was so interesting. I had no idea that there were so many different types. Wouldn't this be such a fun place to work? Fun and creative. Thanks for sharing this Jordan. Blessings - Judith 🎭🎤
What a terrific opening! An absolutely fascinating vlog. It was so interesting to meet all those talented people who create those 'magical things' that make life more fun. I must confess I had no idea the amount of work and craftsmanship that goes into these machines - it's an artform. Thank you Scott for arranging this and thank you Jordan for another entertaining and educational vlog.
This was great, thank you. And as much as I love how you start your vlogs, the bear today was excellent! What an amazing, interesting place! Great suggestion Scott 👍👏
Amazing vlog Jordan! I've always loved the Zoltar machines. Sometimes I see them at the Ripley Believe it or Not places. Again, Great vlog! Very Interesting
Love Zoltar he was so cool had to have a fortune every time we went to the arcade at Hampton Beach, the only beach in NH. My cousin told me the arcade burned fown a few years ago so sad, such a big part of my childhood. I also missed Led Zeppelin by one day because my parents and my sister and I were camping ⛺️ and had to go home so they could work on Monday, I’ll never forget that it was 1968😿😎
Hi Jordan, Great Vlog about Zoltar! I am doing alot better now, I have been out of work for a month and I am returning tomorrow. I am happy to be getting back on track. Have a Great Day! You always cheer me up when I am low.
The last time I played Zoltar it kept spilling out money like a slot machine for about 30mins wouldn't stop yapping gave me 6 nice cards. By the time it was finished a huge crowd had gathered to play. Yes I still have all the coins and cards together and the Zoltar got it smack on........ it actually works l love them 🤗💛👍
Well this was fun and interesting! Love that you go to these cool random places! That why you are the best vlogger. Continued Blessings and Support. ~Love&Light♥️C.
03:3903:4904:0020:15/20:18 It is the same Zoltar guy from the Tom Hanks Movie “Big” from 1988, but the only two things that are the same is Zoltar’s Skin and his name. The rest of the parts of the two Zoltars are different.
Hi Jordan, we really share the same interests. I love fortune teller machines. I actually have 2 different fortune teller themed tattoos. One is a very large Zoltar on my left forearm and a Twilight Zone Nick of Time episode Mystic Seer fortune teller on my right forearm. Was surprised when you remembered magician Marshall Brodin, you look too young. I use to have his TV Magic Cards. Could never get them to work like he was able to on the commercial. Loved the tour, was suprised at the amount of options for fortune tellers. You should have them make a JAH fortune teller, that would be great. Take care. 😀😀😀
This is awesome!!!! I always wondered who made the Zoltar machines! That was excellent of them to give you the grand tour! If I could afford it, I'd get a Zoltar!
I grew up in Boulder City and would walk around town with my friends at like 11pm when those main streets were totally empty, I've always loved the statue art. Awesome to see a video of yours here! You should check out the Boulder Dam Hotel if you haven't already - really interesting history there (although as a kid I was always scared of it because I thought it was haunted lol).
That was interesting! Nice of those people to let you guys in on the making of the great Zoltar. Would be awesome if they made a Lemmy Kilmister Zoltar!
Jordan,, this vlog was really cool, but you are missing the boat ! His bussiness will probably grow by leaps and bounds after this vlog is seen by millions !! You should get a cut , like the guy in Brooklyn who paints !!! LOL THANK YOU FRANK FROM MONTANA....
I heard Alex Archbold say that he paid around $20,000 for his Zoltar. He ultimately sold it and bummed everyone out who follows his channel. I'm a fan . Good vlog !
what you said would be hilarious! put some of those talking animal heads in a bar or something and have them randomly talk. people would think they're going crazy! LOL
There is a Zoltar on the Boardwalk in Wildwood NJ. The ticket dispenser was messing up. It gave me 4 tickets for every buck I put into it. All Power to Zoltar, All Knowing, All Wisdom, All Seeing.

I love anything animatronics and mold-a- Rama's , always looking for them when I'm traveling...
Got a injection mold of Grumman’s Chinese Theater in the early 1970’s in Hollywood
This was a great idea. Zoltar always seemed like it knew what was going on when I was young.
Love zoltars, Everytime i walk by one, in goes a Dollar and my fortune read . I have a scrapbook i keep all mine in...
