Thanks so much Devi, I had a few false starts trying to find a sequence for flexibility and easing tension, then found this. This is ideal for me, and just the right length. And your voice is so relaxing. My 50s are becoming my favourite time of life!

I think I'm going too far with the stretching, and yet I know not to go into the "red" zone When you've done a lot of stupid things in your youth, you tend to go too far in the opposite direction. Meditation teaches us to step back, but there is still so much work to do on ourselves. Yin yoga is one of those practices that help us become more forgiving of ourselves Tonight, I will follow you for this session with bolster. Thank you so much Devi 💚
This is one of the nicest Yin sessions I have ever done and I'm sure I'll be revisiting it often. For Shavasana, I happened to have a Yoga Sand Bag within reach. I put it on my stomach for a super special Shavasana. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
And believe it or not, I have no piece of wall available in my living room to do legs at the wall, so I place the bolster almost vertically in front of my couch, and I place my sitbones as close to the bolster as I can. It makes the job very well😉
