No it actually came off the market and has just been sitting there. I'm waiting to see what they do with it. If anyone is interested in this home give us a call. 407-305-4165
I love this house, would be perfect for us but yes $520,000 is steep I think for the work that needs to be done. And I'm talking about basics, not extras. Thank you for the video 🙂
My other half just watched the video and I didn't tell him how much it was or any details and just let him watch and he said the same thing, about $150,000 to fix it up at least. 350 to $400,000 would be more reasonable to ask for it.
Yeah the structure of the home is what's perfect! But I agree $520K is steep as-is but I think we can get all new painting, floors, and bathrooms and be well under $100K
Yeah, steep price for all the remodeling it needs. If it was about 150k less then it would be more reasonable. You can get a very nice pool home, that's brand new for nearly the same price. The housing market is crazy right now.
Good video and great opportunity although it does seem on the high side for condition. What is the back story that caused it to become a short sale? Thx!
I agree $520K is high as-is in my opinion. But I don't think it will need $150K in work tho. I can get guys to do all the painting and floors and new bathrooms and be under $100K
My ideal leans towards a single story in the 2500 sq ft to 2700 sq ft range so I really like this layout. I also like the 3rd garage and the larger lot size albeit it sounds like the back of the house/backyard is butting up against a busy road, which would bug me. Unfortunately, it's got some damage, needs some replacements and upgrading here and there. I'm curious if an inspection would uncover any major problems? It's in a nice neighborhood so I guess between that and how nuts house prices are right now that's why this short sale is priced so high? The price is off-putting considering what I'd want to do with it. It would end up being too costly for me. I'd have to pass.... Thanks for the tour though!
Hey Marlon. Short sale. Ok. Nice size 2500 sq ft. Like the front elevation. Agreed. Lovely brickwork. Nice soft color. Spacious entry. Dining to the left. Office/ den to the right. Floor from what I can see looks ok but definitely replace the carpet. Definitely add backsplash, sink and paint. Nice rear guest room and bath. Like the rear door to the backyard. Definitely add a pool and like you say the bath right there. No tracking water through the house. Bartop is great. Need a second sink in the second bath. I saw the lizard 🦎 on the window Marlon 😦🤢. Nice size laundry room. Cabinetry, sink 🙌🏼. Nice the primary by itself. Spacious. Prefer the marble top window ledges. Easy cleaning. 2 closets. Nice. I’d leave the wall between the closets. Hubby less tidy. 😂. En-suite a little dated. You’re right. Price a little bit steep re: a good bit of cosmetic renovations. Definitely doable. Thanks so much and hope the next video is the $800’s one in Clermont. 😂.
Hey Cydney! Yeah this is the perfect size home for most people in my opinion. This home will look gorgeous after some cosmetic updates! $800K home tour coming soon! 😀
Thanks for the tour.....way over priced. Needs cosmetic work plus bathrooms are outdated. Also will def need a pool. So once you are done you will spend around 100-125k. Jmo.
good property I don't think it needs repairs it looks healthy clean and livable, if someone wants to make it modern and throw away the old it's something else but it's not necessary.
Is the homes sold?
No it actually came off the market and has just been sitting there. I'm waiting to see what they do with it. If anyone is interested in this home give us a call. 407-305-4165
Ain’t nothing wrong with that house, deep clean, new carpet, paint, new blinds and landscape 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I agree!!
Yep that would be a fixer upper right there ❤️❤️🙏🏽
Looks liveable.
Good luck with this sale!!!
Crazy that a 15 year old house became antiquated! Perhaps builders can step up their game!
Not sure how they figured they'd get 520 for this house with all the work needed 🤣🤣
😄

@@Marlon.Persaud I'm guessing you know the right people 😉.
I do! 😁
$520.000 is very steep. The whole house needs to be painted all the doors, all the bathrooms and put it a vent hood.
price is extremely high for a short sale, it needs a 100k of updating.

It sure is!
Runaway inflation.
Noooo carisiiiiisiiima😮
Listen the gas stove is a plus for me 😂😂😂
Lol everyone loves gas!
Good video and great opportunity although it does seem on the high side for condition. What is the back story that caused it to become a short sale? Thx!
If I am paying 520k for a home it will not be a fixer upper. Good luck though!
😄
very pretty, it also stands beside a sand excavation place, in time those end up becoming very pretty lake areas
Good point!
Nice location and I like the house but it needs a lot of work but it’s over priced I feel.
I agree with you
Really good bones! $520 is high needs $150,000 worth of work.
I agree $520K is high as-is in my opinion. But I don't think it will need $150K in work tho. I can get guys to do all the painting and floors and new bathrooms and be under $100K

Great home! needs TLC.

Prices have risen so much even for the townhomes. Looking at around $400K for townhomes in Clermont now.
How much is price 🤔
Great potential but too much$$ for what it needs at a minimum!
$520k? 😳

Don't get involved in a short sale. In my experience it is not worth the hassle.
That price is very high for the amount of work needed to be done. But nice home
Appreciate the feedback! 👍🏾
I love this house and yard but it is desperate for a fixer upper 👍🙏👌
I agree! They still have it sitting there too!
Is this house still for sale?
Yes it is actually came back on the market if you're interested. 407-305-4165

Too much chatter at the beginning of the video)
😂
Needs a lot of works (TLC) =$230000. My offer is $365000.

Appreciate the feedback!
good property I don't think it needs repairs it looks healthy clean and livable, if someone wants to make it modern and throw away the old it's something else but it's not necessary.
I agree! Slight cosmetic updates is all that's needed.
Hey Marlon: Too expensive and needs work.
Appreciate the feedback! 👍🏾
Way to expensive
It would probably be worth it if it was turn key.
Why do you say as well too so much? That alone would keep me from buying a house from you
Overpriced...Insurance will make a new roof a requirement. No pool or Lanai...+$$$$
Reggiej
loks like a big garage with rooms attached. its ugle house
U just described my dream home!! 😂
