I tried herd management but gave up on it and once i cleared off all the small ones i started grinding faster which is what i think spawns great ones. kill anything male as fast as you can!

@@chase258 just shoot all higher level animal of the species you are wanting a diamond in. Leave the low levels alive you will get diamonds really fast doing this it’s called herd management! Hope it helps you get a diamond!

@@Mann75187 It's not yet proven if herd management increases great one spawns but it is very proven that it increases diamond and rare spawns.
