Loved how you talked about Alphabetic Diaries fitting into your life at that particular in-between time. I'm keen to read it when I can get hold of it. Disobedient bodies also sounds wonderful!

Lovely to see you back 😊 I totally agree with your thoughts on Martyr- I was completely loving it at the beginning but towards it started to seem quite unbelievable towards the end!

Each Peach Pear Plum is such a lovely kids book! I don't remember ever reading it as a child but my daughter Oona loves it, and now she's older she gets even more out of it! Have you tried Peepo by the same authors? It's so cute!
I've downloaded the audiobook on Spotify of The Age of Magical Overthinking as it was already on my radar and you've inspired me to get to it sooner! I really enjoyed Cultish when I read that, I think last year, so keen to get into her new book!

My favourite Janet & Alan Alberg book is Peepo
    “ here’s a little baby
1,2,3 sits in his high chair
    What does he see
    Peepo!”

The Sheila Heti memoir sounds super interesting! Never heard of it before but it's such a creative concept!
I've wanted to read Martyr! for a while now as well, I've only ever heard people say positive things about it 😁

So happy to have you back on RUclips! I similarly loved the language in Martyr! but felt the twist was unnecessary and not very believable. Regardless it’s still one of my favourites of this year :)
