My system is i 5th generation with Windows 16. N don't shows system type bit 32 or bit 64. Further, if I assume it is bit 64 on following process of bit, 64 n on opening cmd file I got error the module capicom. dll was uploaded but call to DIIRRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80020009.what to do???

I request you pls suggest if I have business of building construction, renovation, white wash etc... So if I do my business in multiple states than whether it would be required to obtain GST registration for every states or can i do my business with my single registration by charging igst if imake inter-state supply for the same.
If yes then what would happen in subcontracting works for example if I registered in Delhi and got a building construction work from Gujrat and I use subcontracting labour of gujrat for completing the gujrat building, means what GST would be charged by subcontractors "Gujrat-Sgst & Cgst Or IGST ???

I think some information is missing in the video. Not many people are aware that class 2 digital signature is to be purchased from e-mudhra website.
Once we receive the USB, what to do with it. In the video, you just download a file and paste in system folder.
But how does it automatically become applicants digital sign ?? How does computer know to generate it in my name ??
This is missing information. So please tell what is to be done after purchasing class 2 DSC.
After inserting USB, is there anything needed to be done because USB digital signature also has password. This will bring clearity to the process

For Individual/sole proprietor/start up fee is 4,500/- and for Partnership/Private ltd company fee is Rs.9,000/- for single trademark/logo in single class of goods or services. For offline filing by cash, fee is 5,000/- or 10,000/- respectively. Meaning of proprietor is person who own and apply for trademark registration i.e. Applicant, hence Pvt ltd company can apply by selecting proprietor if applying self, otherwise Attorney/Agent, if Advocate or Registered Trademark Agent is applying on your behalf. Single application should contain single logo either with combination of word or without (advisable) to have strong legal rights, else your application will caught up in formalities for either correction or refusal. And for any single correction one has to shelve out additional govt fee of rs.2000/-. Further if you intend to claim colour/colour combination or style in logo then apply in colour (no additional govt. fee payable) but if your logo colour get changed or going to be changed in future then apply in black& white, which will give protection for all colours.
